We work as property finder which means that we work as your “personal home shopper”, you tell us what you are looking for and we will find it for you. We always put extra focus to understand your needs and wishes to try to find not only a property but a home.

To explain the process in an easy way, its goes something like this;

• We start our contact and you explain you ideas, criteria, budget etc but also your visions and dreams. Because it is important for us to understand the whole picture, so we can find not just a property but your home.

• Our search starts, through out or own, but also through other agents, portfolio. Some owners want to sell their property discreet. We have access to both official listings as the discreet ones. We also consult you throw this process regarding realistic goals but also explaining benefits and disadvantages of each property.

• When you are visiting Mallorca we will have a look at all the properties that you find interesting.

• When you have found the right one, the buying process begins. We will help you get in contact with the right expertise, like lawyer, bank, notary etc at the same time always being by your side.

  After buying a property there can still be lots of questions and things to do with your new home. Just remember that we will still be by your side even after the transaction. We will gladly help you finding good architect, interior designer, moving company, gardener, pool cleaner etc or just a good restaurant in your new town.
